Comfort, care and community
Often during recovery, our patients and their families and friends deal not only with pain but the uncertainty of illness, sometimes life threatening. All Inova Health System hospitals provide multidenominational pastoral emotional and spiritual support. Our pastoral care staff also helps our patients and families address the theological, bioethical, philosophical and cultural issues that often arise when facing illness and injury.
Rebuild offers support groups for survivors of general trauma, spinal cord injuries and traumatic brain injuries. The program is sponsored by
