Admission to the center at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital requires a physician referral. If you already have a physician, ask him or her to refer you to the Sleep Disorders Program. If you do not have a physician, call 855-MY-INOVA (855-694-6682); for a free physician referral.
Please note that requirements for approval vary with insurance companies.
Before your sleep study can be scheduled
A physician referral, current history and patient questionnaires must be completed and submitted prior to scheduling an appointment with the Sleep Disorders Program.
Note: Patients under 18 years of age must have an adult stay with them during the study.
