Inova employees budgeted to work 20 hours or more per week may choose from two dental plans. Your dental benefits become effective the first day of the month following your date of hire with two exceptions:
- Dental work already in progress requires a 10-month waiting period
- Orthodontia and periodontal services require a six-month waiting period
