Kylanne Green, Executive Vice President, Health Services
In her ten years at Inova, Kylanne Green has served in a number of capacities, both as an operations executive and as a leader of Inova’s corporate functions. As EVP, Health Services, Green oversees Inova Mount Vernon Hospital, Inova Long Term Care division, Community Health, and several system-wide services as well as general coordination of Inova’s corporate offices.
A registered nurse and an adult nurse practitioner by background, Green spent the first 16 years of her career in ambulatory care delivery and operations with Kaiser Permanente in Northern Virginia. Green was Chief Operating Officer of Aetna Health Plans of the Mid-Atlantic, and was the Chief Operating Officer of the Health Insurance Association of America during the height of the healthcare reform debate.
Green has served on numerous Boards of Directors in healthcare, was a Congressional appointee to the Council of Graduate Medical Education and is past Chairman of the Board of URAC.
