Dental Benefits

If you are an Inova employee budgeted to work 20 hours or more a week, you may choose from two dental plans. Your dental benefits become effective the first day of the month following your date of hire with two exceptions:

• for dental work that is already in progress, you will have a 10-month waiting period, and

• there's a six-month waiting period for orthodontia and for periodontal services.
