• Ife has been a nurse for 20 years.

• She has been an Inova nurse for 10 years.

• Ife considers her job as a nurse to be very rewarding. She grew up with nurses and was amazed by their work. She knew she wanted to care for sick people and help educate them on healthy living. Ife says that she can't think of any other place she would rather be than Inova, and she recommends working at Inova to all nurses! The friendly environment, benefits, and Inova's "team" combine to make it a great place to be. Ife is proud that Inova Health System is a not-for-profit organization and feels fortunate to work with such a remarkable management team. Ife says she stays at Inova "because she is valued and respected."
