Physician assistant students enrolled in ARC-PA accredited programs may participate in rotations at Inova Health System facilities. Interested students who would like to apply for rotations should contact their Dean's Office for placement. All physician assistant student rotations are authorized by the Director of Undergraduate Medical Education.
Eligibility criteria
Physician assistant students currently enrolled in ARC-PA accredited PA programs must contact their institutions when requesting rotations at Inova facilities. Eligible students must provide:
- A letter of good standing from the Dean's Office
- A statement of compliance with immunization requirements
- A statement of malpractice coverage of at least $1 million individual/$3 million aggregate
- A statement of HIPPA and OSHA training
