Ms. Conway is the Senior Program Manager for the IRC Business Office. In this capacity, she prepares monthly financial reports for each research spoke and participates in routine business office activities. In the past, Ms. Conway also managed development of decentralized research budgets for research spokes.
Prior to coming to Inova Research Center, Ms. Conway was the Business Manager and Corporate Contract Administrator for Inova Cardiac Services. In this role, she was responsible for full range of material management activities, including department meetings, development of supply budgets, contract analysis and negotiation for supply and capital purchases/leases.
