Mr. Naval joined Inova Research Center as the Senior Research Operations Manager in May 2006. His main function is to oversee the financial aspect of IRC and funded clinical studies. He also provides support to the IRC spokes in budget preparations, setting up matrices for each funded clinical trials, invoicing and collection of receivables and fund reconciliations.
Prior to joining Inova Health System, Mr. Naval was a financial advisor at TD Canada Trust and operations manager in another financial institution. He has a Bachelor's degree in accounting, is a certified personal financial planner and has a Master's degree in business management.
