Reason for coming to Inova Fairfax Hospital:

“Having worked at Inova for two years, I have seen firsthand the important role of the residency program in the pharmacy department. I chose Inova Fairfax Hospital because I knew I could obtain my goals in a wide range of practice settings and in a supportive environment. I am looking forward to my new role and I am excited about the upcoming year.”

“I chose Inova Fairfax Hospital because it provides exceptional learning opportunities for me to grow as a clinical pharmacist. A wide variety of clinical rotations, supportive preceptors, teaching and research opportunities are a perfect fit for my interests in the first residency year. Most importantly, I was impressed with their commitment to excellence in patient care while I was a student pharmacist. I am excited about starting a new chapter of my life as a resident and I am certain that the program will help me achieve my career goals”

“I chose to complete my residency at Inova Fairfax Hospital because it offers a variety of rotation experiences especially in internal medicine and critical care. At Inova, pharmacists have an integral role in improving patient care, and the pharmacy services are highly valued by all members of the healthcare team. I am also excited about the opportunity to collaborate with pharmacy students and faculty from Virginia Commonwealth University. The experiences I will gain through this residency along with the supportive pharmacy staff will help direct my future in pharmacy. ”
