Observerships
The Office of Undergraduate Medical Education manages requests for observerships by medical students, university students, high-school students, and laypersons who have not yet earned an M.D. degree. Observers must identify their supervising physician and adhere to all observership guidelines. Eligible observers must provide the office with:
- The name and contact information for their supervising physician
- The dates of the observership (not to exceed three 8-hour days)
- A statement of educational purpose for the observership
