As a volunteer, you are an ambassador of the hospital. You are often the first person visitors meet when they walk through our doors. Helpful and caring, you enjoy meeting new people and developing new skills. Your contributions will provide comfort and assistance to our patients, their families, visitors and to our hospital staff.

Inova Loudoun Hospital offers two volunteer programs
- Adult program (for individuals 18 years and over)
- Junior program (for teens 16 and 17 years old)
Our volunteer team works in different areas in the hospital
- Patient care support
- Public contact
- Administrative support
Once a volunteer is accepted and has attended a volunteer orientation and on-the-job training, he or she is eligible for special volunteer benefits
- Cafeteria discounts
- Free flu shots (for volunteers 18 and older)
- Free annual TB screenings
- Participation in special hospital events
