All of our exercise groups are designed with our weight loss surgery patients in mind. Our certified instructors will help you find the right class to suit your preferences and your strength and stamina levels.

Open to both pre- and post-operative patients

This energy-building exercise program gives you the determination to gain strength and fitness. Classes are taught by a certified personal trainer. Bring your sense of humor because you are going to laugh a lot!

When: Thursday, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. (post-op patients); Thursday, 6 to 6:30 p.m. (pre-op patients)

Fee:
$100 plus $20 for equipment (12 weeks)
$75 plus $20 for equipment (8 weeks)
