Alain Drooz, MD attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology as an undergraduate and the University of North Carolina-School of Medicine for his medical degree.
He has been practicing for 17 years and is the leading expert in cancer care for patients. Dr. Drooz participates in clinical research and lectures nationally and is the past president of the Vascular Disease Foundation.
As a continual scholar, Dr. Drooz is constantly up to date with new techniques in medicine and he incorporates them into his practice. Using imaging to guide him, he uses radiofrequency ablation, cryoblation, and chemotherapeutic drugs. These treatment methods avoid open surgery and improve a patient’s quality of life.
