Where does the examination take place?
All medical services and testing are performed at our offices on the campus of Inova Fairfax Hospital, conveniently located just off the Gallows Road exit of I-495.
What physicians will I see as part of Inova Corporate 360°?
Inova Corporate 360° is led by Craig Cheifetz, MD, co-section chief, general internal medicine, Department of Medicine, and Madeline Erario, MD, internal medicine, Inova Fairfax Hospital. As part of the program, you will also interact with a board-certified cardiologist and other physician specialties recommended for your examination.
How much time will a health screening require?
Each appointment is based on the recommendations of the physician performing the screening. You should plan on spending about 4–5 hours at the appointment. Optional screenings may require an additional visit.
Is there paperwork I need to complete ahead of time?
Yes, you will need to complete registration and medical history forms. For your convenience, you can use the fillable PDFs online to complete all the necessary patient forms in advance of your appointment.
When will I receive the results from my exam and tests?
You can expect 90% of your results to be available on the same day of your appointment. However, it is highly recommended that you schedule a follow-up, one-on-one consultation (or by phone) 30 days after your visit. We will discuss with you in detail your overall exam results, action plans and goals.
