Ali Fazel, MD

Ali Fazel, MD, serves as co-director of the Inova Fairfax Hospital Advanced Endoscopy Center and has been recognized nationally for his work in the field of endoscopy.

Previously Dr. Fazel served as program director for advanced endoscopy at University of Florida.

Dr. Fazel received his medical degree from the National University of Iran and completed his internal medicine training at Wright State University where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. He completed his gastroenterology fellowship at St. Louis University and a fellowship for advanced endoscopy at St. Luke’s Hospital. After completing his post-graduate training, he served as a faculty member at University of Florida.
