You may choose one of several convenient ways to donate and show your support for Inova Juniper Program.
You may contribute online with a credit card, using our secure site. Or, you may complete and print out a donation form and either fax or mail your contribution to Inova Health System Foundation.
In all cases, to designate your gift for the
Inova Juniper Program Fund, check the box for Inova Juniper Program in the Designation Options section of the form.
To designate your gift for the
Paul Malerba Fund, choose Other in the Designation Options section and specify Paul Malerba Fund.
