Commonwealth Care Center offer short-term, personalized rehabilitation programs for those recovering
from strokes or other neurological impairment.

Bridge Program at Inova Mount
Vernon Hospital
Offers day treatment for those recovering from acquired brain injury. Treatment provides a
structured setting for renegotiating independence and community living skills following a life-
changing neurological incident.
Neurological Rehabilitation Program at Inova Mount Vernon Hospital
Helps achieve day-to-day functioning and independence for patients affected by stroke, brain
or spinal cord injury, or neuromuscular disease. An interdisciplinary team treats the physical,
psychological, cognitive, perceptual and visual challenges of neurological dysfunction.
