Inova Patient Service Centers are conveniently located throughout Northern Virginia. We are staffed with excellent professional phlebotomists to ensure the most comfortable, convenient specimen collection possible for you and all members of your family.
We accept most major insurance plans including PPO and POS products. If you have any questions regarding Inova Reference Lab’s participation with a specific insurance product or health plan, please contact our Client Service Center at 703-645-6175.
Please note: All locations close at 12 noon on the third Wednesday of each month.
When visiting one of our Patient Service Centers, bring the following information:
- A lab testing request from a healthcare professional requesting laboratory testing (prescription or IRL request form)
- A current insurance identification card (Medicare, private insurance or HMO/PPO)
- A photo ID (e.g., driver's license, employee identification badge)
