Seth Blee, PT, DPT, CFMT
Seth is the clinic director of the Inova Physical Therapy Center at Sportsplex. He graduated from Boston College’s pre-medical program with a BS in philosophy. He graduated with honors from Columbia University with a MS degree in physical therapy. He completed his transitional doctorate in physical therapy degree from Arizona School of Health Sciences. Seth has worked with different patient populations, but has focused the majority of his time in orthopedics. He has received functional orthopedic certification and certification in functional manual therapy from the Institute of Physical Art. Seth is an adjunct faculty member for the Institute of Physical Art and also in orthopedics at Marymount University’s doctorate in physical therapy program. He teaches continuing education courses to physical therapists throughout the country and is a credentialed clinical instructor by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Melanie Gonzaga, PT, MSPT
Melanie has been working in the physical therapy field since 1997, getting her start as a physical therapist assistant. She earned her master's degree in physical therapy from Neumann College in Aston, PA, in 2002. Her work in different settings over the years has included tenures in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living/nursing home centers, home health and outpatient orthopedics. Melanie is currently working toward a certification in functional manual therapy through the Institute of Physical Art and certification as an orthopedic clinical specialist with the American Physical Therapy Association.
Samantha Griffin, PT, DPT
Samantha hails from Jersey City, NJ by way of New York City. Samantha joined the team in June 2012 as a new, excited, motivated therapist with a clinical focus in orthopedics and manual therapy. A 2009 graduate of Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY, with a degree in health sciences and a 2012 Doctorate of Physical Therapy recipient from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York, Samantha is also an orthopedic functional manual therapy resident. She has completed several continuing education courses with the Institute of Physical Art as well as Maitland Australian Physiotherapy seminars.
Vanessa Hodge, PT, DPT, OCS
Vanessa is a senior physical therapist at the Sportsplex location. She completed her undergraduate schooling at the College of William and Mary and received her degree in kinesiology and psychology. She then earned her doctorate in physical therapy from the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University. She has completed her orthopedic clinical specialist certification with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Vanessa has also become an APTA credentialed clinical instructor and has been teaching students for the past few years.
William E. Huebner, PT, DPT
William is the newest addition to the IPTC Sportsplex and is currently an orthopedic functional manual therapy resident through the Institute of Physical Arts. He completed his Bachelors of Science degree in kinesiology at the University of Maryland, College Park prior to graduating from The George Washington University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. William has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2011.
Kelly Long, PT, DPT
Kelly received her MS in physical therapy and completed her doctorate at The Sage Colleges. She joined the Sportsplex in 2006. She has studied tai chi for arthritis and through the Arthritis Foundation has been an arthritis self-help course instructor. Kelly is credentialed clinical instructor from American Physical Therapy Association and has been instructing students for most of her career. Kelly is working toward a manual therapy certification through the McKenzie Institute and has also completed advanced training in vestibular rehabilitation
Daniel Vitug, PTA
Daniel is a graduate of Northern Virginia Community and has been practicing as a licensed physical therapist assistant since 2008. Primarily based in outpatient PT, he also has worked in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. He has worked in Maryland and Virginia and continues to hold licensure in both states. During his education, Daniel worked for Inova Springfield as a PT technician and has returned as an LPTA since October 2012.
Ethan B. Warner, PT, DPT
Ethan joined the Inova team in 2013. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology from Westmont College and his doctorate in physical therapy from The George Washington University. He is currently an orthopedic functional manual therapy resident through the Institute of Physical Art and a member of the orthopedic and global health sections of the American Physical Therapy Association.
