Daren P. Moat, PT, MBA, Clinic Director
Daren joined us in 2006 and is clinic director. He graduated from Howard University with his Bachelor's Degree in physical therapy. He has practiced in a variety of settings, including, orthopedics, acute care, home health, sub acute and skilled nursing care. He incorporates medical massage into his treatment approach. Daren completed his Master's Degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix and is also an American Physical Therapy Association credentialed clinical instructor.
Arturo Avila, LPTA
Arturo is a licensed physical therapist assistant. He graduated from Northern Virginia Community College, with an Associate's Degree in applied science. He continues to take continuing education courses with a focus on manual therapy. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. In addition to working full time in the clinic, Arturo works as a tutor in the medical lab for the anatomy and physiology students at Northern Virginia Community College. Arturo volunteers in the community by providing informational seminars in Spanish on wellness and exercise prescription to patients in North County.
Candace Glozer, PTA
Candy joined Inova in 1996. She graduated with an Associate degree from Northern Virginia Community College. During her Inova tenure, she worked at the Centreville and Fair Oaks locations before joining the Tyson team. She balances her time between her career and her two beautiful daughters.
Benjamin Igwe, PT, DPT
Benjamin Igwe has been a physical therapist since 2007. He has been working as a traveling therapist in inpatient and outpatient prior to joining the team at the Tyson’s Corner location. Ben received his education at State University of New York at Buffalo where he earned his doctorate in physical therapy. Benjamin is a credentialed clinical education instructor by the American Physical Therapy Association and enjoys working with students. In his spare time he also enjoys playing basketball and other sports-related activities.
Connie Jensen, PT, DPT
Connie has enjoyed many years of patient care and she has been with us since 1993. She graduated from Old Dominion University, School of Physical Therapy. She completed her clinical doctorate in physical therapy from Des Moines University. She has completed advanced coursework focusing on manual therapy and biomechanical assessments. She evaluates patients for prescribed custom orthotics and has developed a running analysis program. She is an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) credentialed clinical instructor and enjoys working with students. Connie joined the Marymount University doctoral program in physical therapy as an adjunct faculty member in orthopedics. She received her direct access certification and she has been a member of APTA for several years.

Ghazaleh Joukar, PT, DPT
Ghazaleh is a graduate of Shenandoah University's Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, class of 2011. She has previous experience working with geriatrics for strengthening, fall prevention, and stroke rehabilitation. She is excited to have begun her career with Inova Physical Therapy Center. She is certified in medical interpreting and is bilingual in English and Farsi. Her career goal is to become an orthopedic clinical specialist. In her spare time she enjoys dancing, exercising, running, canoeing, hiking, going to the beach and playing with her dog.
Natasha Monk, CMT
Natasha is a native Northern Virginian and received her massage therapy certification from the National Massage Therapy Institute in Falls Church, VA, in 2011. Her specialties include Swedish massage, therapeutic massage, deep tissue, prenatal, reflexology and trigger point therapy. She also has an EMS basic certification from Northern Virginia Community College and is fluent in American Sign Language. Natasha is a preschool teacher and a mother of two small children. Her hobbies include crafting, boxing and yoga.
James Park, LMT, OMD, ND
James always tries to provide therapeutic results for his patients by seeking the cause of their pain. His therapeutic massage is based on an academic background of oriental medicine and naturopathy. James participated as medical staff for the U.S. National Fencing Association and U.S. Junior Short Track Speed Skating Association. His specialty in massage therapy includes medical massage, sports massage, deep tissue, cranio sacral therapy, shiatsu, tui na, acupressure and swedish massage. He is a master of martial arts, including tae kwon do, tai chi and ken do. James also is a talented singer who has won several competitions.
