What is subscription or concierge medicine?
Subscription medicine or concierge medicine is an approach to medical practice in which patients receive exclusive access, enhanced services or amenities by physicians through a nominal annual membership fee. By accessing this personalized care program, member patients have ready access to physicians in the Inova VIP 360° program and receive enhanced services such as same-day or next-day appointments for non-urgent care, periodic preventive care examinations and comprehensive health and wellness information.
What is included in Inova VIP 360°?
Inova VIP 360° provides enhanced access to a board-certified physician at a time convenient to you. Our physicians limit their practices to an average of 400 patients so they can provide you their undivided attention, superior preventive medical care and detailed wellness education. Other features include 24-hour access to a physician via phone or pager, email communication for non-urgent matters, wellness planning and periodic comprehensive preventive care physical examinations.
What if I need care after hours?
An Inova VIP 360° doctor is always available by pager after office hours at your convenience. In addition, with access to Inova's comprehensive healthcare services, it’s comforting to know you have access to the highest quality of patient care at any time, day or night.
What if I need to see a specialist?
Inova VIP 360° is located in Inova 360◦ Services, located on Inova Fairfax Medical Campus. By being part of this exclusive concierge program, you are assured access to all of Inova's world-class specialists and leading-edge research. Whether you are in Loudoun County, Fairfax, Alexandria, Arlington, Mount Vernon or any other region of the Washington, DC, metro area, Inova VIP 360° will accommodate your specific healthcare needs.
Will I receive a preventive physical examination as a member of Inova VIP 360°?
Yes, periodic comprehensive preventive care examinations are included in the membership fee. In addition, our physicians are committed to providing you preventive wellness and fitness care in our state-of-the-art healthcare setting.
What is the annual membership fee and how can I join?
The annual membership fee for Inova VIP 360° is $1,800. Becoming a part of Inova VIP 360° is easy. Once you have decided to join, follow these steps to register and pay.
Is Inova VIP 360° a supplemental insurance policy?
No. Inova VIP 360° is not a health benefit or health insurance program and does not include payment for clinical services or reimbursement for clinical services. For all clinical services your insurance, co-pay and/or Medicare rules regarding service and billing apply, as required by these entities and the Office of the Inspector General. Inova VIP 360° supplements your care by providing you easy access to exceptional physicians and care.
Is the annual membership fee covered by my insurance?
No, this fee is not covered by your health insurer. However, for the price of a cup of coffee a day, Inova VIP 360’s membership fee is easily justified as an expense to ensure you access to top-rated physicians and the world-class care of Inova Health System.
Is there a special rate if I want all my family members to join?
We treat every individual in the VIP 360° program individually, and give them full access to all services and amenities associated with the program. To ensure this top level of care, the annual rate for every individual in the program is $1,800.
Do I still need to maintain my health insurance?
Yes, you will still need to maintain your normal health insurance, in addition to the VIP 360° annual fee. This special fee provides you unique access to enhanced services and amenities as noted above. For all clinical services your insurance, co-pay and/or Medicare rules regarding service and billing apply.
Is it possible to meet with the doctor before making a decision?
Absolutely. We encourage you to contact our offices at 703-776-7005 to learn more about the exclusive care you will receive with the Inova VIP 360° program. You may also schedule a meeting with one of our physicians to discuss the program's benefits. Just call us.
Do I have to leave the physician practice that I use now?
Not at all. You may keep your current physician. We can coordinate your care with your regular physician.
Where do I go for my exam?
Inova VIP 360° has beautiful, state-of-the-art facilities on the Inova Fairfax Medical Campus. We are close to I-495, I-66 and Tysons Corner. Clients enjoy easy access and free reserved parking directly across from the center's entrance.
All blood samples are drawn within the center, and radiology testing is available onsite. Each exam room is equipped with advanced technology, enabling you and your physician to view lab and radiology results during your visit. The cardiac testing, hearing and vision rooms are centrally located within the center for your convenience.
We offer a fully-outfitted fitness room to meet the needs of all athletes, from beginners and "resumers" to triathletes and marathoners. The fitness room is the perfect location for you to have your one-on-one evaluation with our personal trainer and learn more about your personalized fitness program.
