Looking for babies born at Inova Women's Hospital Birthing Center? Baby pictures are located in a secure area on the Infant Portrait Express Web site, which means that an access code is required in order to view a baby picture. Access codes are available from the baby's parent(s).

Breastfeeding Mother's Support Group
This group meets every Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m. on the 7th floor of Inova Women's Hospital, 3300 Gallows Road, Falls Church and is open to mothers and babies. Breastfeeding concerns discussed include milk supply, maintaining breastfeeding when returning to work, breastfeeding in public and breast pumping. Meet other breastfeeding mothers in a safe, private group setting with a lactation consultant facilitator. No fee or registration required. Group does not meet on holidays or days Fairfax County cancels school for weather conditions. Parking is $5. Call 703-776-6455 for additional information.
Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Support Group
Open to mothers and babies, this free support group meets every 2nd and 4th Tuesday from 10 to 11:30 a.m., Inova Heart and Vascular Institute ground floor conference center, 3300 Gallows Road, Falls Church. Free parking. Call 703-776-6775 for more information.
Car Seat Clinics
Did you know that 4 out of 5 infant car seats are used improperly or installed incorrectly? Come to a free clinic to learn proper seat installation and use from a certified child passenger safety technician. Clinics are held each week in the Day Room on the 7th floor of the Family Centered Care Unit. Registration is not required. Free. Call 703-776-3259 with questions.
Beginning Steps for Parents Program
This program helps promote healthy infant/child development, enhances parenting skills and strengthens families' ties to community resources. It is available exclusively at Inova Women's Hospital Birthing Center and is available to all qualifying first-time parents giving birth within our center.

Tours and educational classes
Potential, new and expectant parents can choose from a variety of birth and family education courses. Selections include labor and delivery, Lamaze, c-section, breastfeeding, baby care, and sibling preparation. Inova Women's Hospital Birthing Center offers maternity tours in both English and Spanish. Baby beeper and breast-pump rentals are available, as well as postpartum support groups for new moms and breastfeeding moms. Inova Cares Clinic for Women
Inova Cares Clinic for Women provides outpatient prenatal and gynecological charity care for residents of Fairfax County in collaboration with the Fairfax County Health Department.
