Inova VNA Home Health provides quality health care services directly in the comfort of your own home. Our services include skilled nursing care, rehabilitation, IV therapy, maternal/child and pediatric services, and assistance from medical social workers and home health aides for patients of all ages who are suffering from acute or chronic illnesses or recovering from surgeries, accidents or injuries.
Our team care approach ensures comprehensive, coordinated care. Every member of the Inova VNA Home Health clinical staff is highly skilled and has at least two years of hospital experience. Many of our staff members have additional education and experience in specialized areas.
Inova VNA Home Health services are available on a non-emergency, intermittent basis. Skilled nursing visits are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Therapy sessions and visits by social workers and home health aides are scheduled according to need. All services must be prescribed by a physician.

The discharge coordinator will help you and your physician determine how Inova VNA Home Health can best meet your needs. Once a care plan is developed, the discharge planner will work with you, your physician and the hospital staff to help ensure a smooth transition from hospital to home care.
