Maggie HayfordMaggie Hayford, RN, Manager
In her 32 years as a nurse, Maggie has worked in many hospital and outpatient settings, including oncology, medical-surgical and home health. She joined Inova Occupational Health in 1998, and was a driving force behind the creation of Inova’s Executive Health Program. Under her leadership, the program has grown to include VIP medical concierge services. Maggie is passionate about empowering patients to make healthy decisions and improve their overall wellness. Her ongoing efforts are focused on ensuring that all programs within Inova VIP 360° reflect best practices in evidence-based medicine, with a strong focus on customer service and a positive patient experience. Maggie graduated from St. Vincent's Hospital School of Nursing in New York City.

Jennifer AllisonJennifer Allison, RN, BSN, Lead Nurse
Jennifer began her career at Inova in 1998 and has been a lead nurse at Inova VIP 360° since 2007. Her varied nursing background includes private practice allergy medicine, medical/surgical nursing, and extensive experience with hospital cardiac patients in telemetry, the intensive care unit and emergency medicine. She holds a BSN degree from Marymount University.
 

Mejgan AhmadzaiMejgan Ahmadzai, RN, BSN, Staff Nurse
Born in Afghanistan, Mejgan has lived in Northern Virginia since she was five months old. She pursued her childhood dream to become a nurse, and has worked in a pediatric medical practice, the Inova Heart and Vascular Institute’s Progressive Coronary Care Unit, the Inova Fairfax Hospital Emergency Department and as a clinical supervisor for Kaiser Permanente. Mejgan completed George Mason University’s accelerated BSN program in 2004.
 

Katherine MichettiKatherine Michetti, RN, BC, BSN Staff Nurse
Katherine brings 18 years of nursing experience to Inova VIP 360°. Her diverse background includes work in oncology, the operating room, endoscopy and private practice plastic surgery. Since 2001, she has worked as a bedside nurse and charge nurse on the Short Stay Unit at Inova Fairfax Hospital. Katherine holds a BSN from Temple University.
 

Kate FrederickKate Frederick, RN, BSN, MPH, Staff Nurse
Kate joined Inova VIP 360° in 2012. Her background includes work as a cardiac telemetry nurse at Inova Heart and Vascular Institute, and a career in international health with the Department of State, Department of Defense, USAID and The Population Reference Bureau. Kate holds a BSN from George Mason University and a Master's in Public Health from Tulane University. She plans to continue her career in primary care a Family Nurse Practitioner.
 

Neda AmousNeda Amous, Lab Technician
Neda joined Inova in 2009 as an apheresis specialist with Inova Blood Donor Services. She managed collections and procedures at multiple sites to ensure high quality care to blood donors and patients. In 2010, she added the role of lab technician III at Inova Loudoun Hospital, where she performed specimen collection and processing in various departments. Neda's background also includes several years in office management for a busy dental practice in Reston.
 

Lola UlomiLola Ulomi, BS, Medical Transcriptionist
Lola joined Inova in 2010 as a student researcher and began working for Inova VIP 360° as a medical transcriptionist one year later. She holds a BS in Biology, and an MS in Molecular Biology from George Mason University, where she works as a neurology researcher in the Krasnow Institute for Advanced Studies. Lola plans to attend medical school and apply her interest in neurology with future patients.
