Provides support statewide to parents of young children newly diagnosed as deaf or hard of hearing, ages 0–5 years old. Do their best to support any parent of a child who is deaf/hard of hearing.

- Matches one family to another. Families just receiving their child’s diagnosis of a hearing loss are matched with a trained, experienced parent (called a Family Guide) of a child who is deaf/hard of hearing. The Family Guide will support the referred family with 6 hours of telephone, email and face-to-face emotional and unbiased informational support.
