There is no cost to attend the Rebuild Families support group

Services
Provides support to parents of children with acquired brain injury. This is the support group of Brain Injury Services. Support group meets on the first Saturday of every month, 2:30 – 4 p.m., at Inova Fairfax Hospital. Participants share resources and provide mutual support. Guest speakers attend each group, including public school advocates or a disability rights lawyer, family therapist, nutritionist, pharmacist, pediatric physiatrist, behavior management specialist and pediatric psychiatrist. Childcare is provided for the brain injured child and the siblings by recreational therapists, with fun activities and snacks.
