Discharge Information
Your physician will write the order for your discharge. You or a family member will need to stop by the cashiers office prior to discharge to make the appropriate arrangements for settling the account or providing additional information about your insurance carrier. A volunteer will accompany you as you leave the hospital. At the time of your discharge you will be asked to participate in our Patient Satisfaction Survey.
