Together We Can Make a Difference By volunteering at Inova Loudoun Hospital, you do make a difference in the lives of others and in our community. Our volunteers are remarkable people who provide comfort and assistance to our patients, their families, visitors and to our hospital staff. Volunteers not only share their talents and expertise, but they unselfishly give their time to helping others. They believe in our mission and they believe in making a difference.
As a volunteer, you are an ambassador for the hospital. Often, you are the first person visitors meet when they walk through our doors. Helpful and caring, you enjoy meeting new people and developing new skills. No two days are ever alike at Inova Loudoun Hospital, but each day is very rewarding.
As a volunteer, you will need to attend a volunteer orientation, after which you will receive on-the-job training, free annual TB screenings, free flu shots (for volunteers 18 and older), cafeteria discounts and participation in special hospital-wide events.
