Endoscopy
At Inova Loudoun Hospital, we perform more than 500 endoscopy procedures each month in our outpatient endoscopy center, consisting of four suites.
Our experienced, specialized staff and board certified physicians provide the following services:
- Colonoscopy — examines the rectum and large intestine
- Esophogastroduodenoscopy (more commonly referred to as EGD) — examines the inside of the esophagus, stomach and duodenum
- ERCP — used to examine the bile ducts
Our team of talented specialists provides our inpatients with the same services as in our outpatient center. This means you and and your loved ones will receive consistent, quality care whether you require services as an outpatient or an inpatient.
