Create a customized doctor address book by finding your doctor and clicking on "add to My Doctors."

How Do I Start?

Managing your child's health records is as easy as 1,2,3 with My Health.

1. Create a My Health account for yourself.

2. Create a My Health account for your child.

3. Link the accounts.

• Within your child's account, go to My Personal Info.
• Within My Personal Info, go to the Family Links tab.
• Choose Grant Access and enter your (parent's) username.
• Log back into your account and go to the Family Links tab under My Personal Info and accept access to your child's records. 

You can now log into your own health record and see your child's records.
