Protocol/Organization Study Title/Purpose
INTREPID-2566 Investigating Treatments for the Prevention of Secondary Injury and Disability following TBI
A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, dose escalation study of NNZ-2566 in patients with traumatic brain injury

Purpose of this study: To assess the safety and efficacy of the new investigational drug, NNZ-2566, in reducing brain damage and improving recovery in patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI). Previous safety studies done with healthy volunteers have shown a good safety profile for NNZ-2566.

NEST-3 NeuroThera® Efficacy and Safety Trial-3
A double-blind, randomized, sham-controlled, parallel group. multicenter, pivotal study to assess the safety and efficacy of transcranial laser therapy with the NeuroThera® Laser System for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke within 24 hours of stroke onset.

Purpose of this study: To investigate the safety and efficacy of transcranial laser therapy using NeuroThera® Laser System (NTS) in treatment of ischemic strokes within 24 hours of onset. This laser light can go through the skull and reach the brain without the need for surgery, allowing the brain to recover from the stroke.

Brain, pituitary and other CNS tumor tissue repository and research

Protocol/Organization Study Title/Purpose
Brain Tumor Tissue Repository The knowledge gained from this study will help us better understand the mechanisms of what causes tumors in the nervous system (e.g., the brain, pituitary gland, spinal cord) on a molecular basis and design new and more effective medical treatments.
