Inova Health System Again Named A "Best Company" by Working Mother Magazine

Award Marks Fifth Year Inova Has Been Honored By Magazine

Falls Church, VA— Inova Health System is proud to announce that for the fifth year, the organization has been named one of Working Mother magazine's “100 Best Companies for Working Mothers.”

Inova Health System was recognized for offering employees numerous benefits, such as access to flextime, before and after school care, access to private lactation rooms for nursing moms, compressed work weeks and more.

“We understand that flexibility is a key priority for working moms and employees who care for loved ones," says Kylanne Greene, chief administrative officer, Inova Health System. "It’s important that we offer a practical and beneficial work-life balance. We believe that we have the best health care workers in the world, and it is our goal to continually make strides to become the best employer in the world."

Inova has more than 14,000 employees, with a staff that's 80 percent female. Inova also offers three company-sponsored, on-site child care centers for employees, and a partnership with a local day care provider to offer emergency back-up services.
