Inova Health System Again Named a 'Best Company' By Working Mother Magazine

Award Marks Sixth Year Inova Has Been Honored By Magazine

Falls Church, VA— Inova Health System is proud to announce that for the sixth year, the organization has been named one of Working Mother magazine's “100 Best Companies for Working Mothers.”

Inova Health System was recognized for offering employees numerous benefits, such as access to flextime, before and after school care, training through the Inova Leadership Institute and benefits for adoptive parents.

 “It’s always an honor to be recognized for your efforts to improve the work environment for working mothers," says Kylanne Greene, chief administrative officer, Inova Health System. "We believe that we have the best health care workers in the world, and it is our goal to continually make strides to become the best employer in the world."

 Inova has more than 15,000 employees, with a staff that's 80 percent female. Inova also offers three company-sponsored, on-site child care centers for employees, and a partnership with a local day care provider to offer emergency back-up services.
