The Inova Transplant Center is located at 8503 Arlington Blvd., Suite 200, Fairfax, VA. Located just a few miles from Inova Fairfax Hospital, this outpatient center provides a convenient location and ample parking for patients.

From the Beltway (95/495):
Take Exit 50A (Route 50 West). Go approximately one mile and turn left at third light. The building and parking garage will be on your right.

From Route 66:
Take exit to 495 South. Take Exit 50A (Route 50 West). Go approximately one mile and turn left at third light. The building and parking garage will be on your right.

From Inova Fairfax Hospital/ Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children:
From the hospital driveway, turn left onto Gallows Road. Go approximately one-half mile and turn left onto Route 50 West (Arlington Boulevard). Go approximately three-quarters of a mile and turn left at third light. The building and parking lot will be on your right.

The Heart and Lung Transplant Clinics are located on the ground floor of the Inova Heart and Vascular Institute at Inova Fairfax Hospital. The Outpatient Clinics are conveniently located by the parking garage so patients can enter and exit without having to walk significant distances from the parking facilities.

• 50 West from DC or Arlington:
  Pass under 495 and exit 7/Rte. 650/Gallows Road. Bear to the left off exit and turn left at light onto Rte. 650/Gallows Road. Proceed to hospital.
• 50 East from Virginia:
  Proceed to Rte. 650/Gallows Road exit. Turn right onto Gallows Road. Proceed to hospital.
• 95 South from Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) Airport:
  Proceed west on 495 toward Virginia. Take exit 7/Rte. 650/ Gallows Road. Bear to the right off exit then proceed immediately to the left lane on Gallows Road.
• 95 North from Virginia:
  Proceed to exit 4B, 495 North (toward Frederick). Take exit 7/Rte. 650/Gallows Road. Turn left at the light onto Gallows Road. Pass Woodburn Road. Proceed to hospital.
• From Dulles Airport:
  On Dulles Access Road exit to 495 South (toward Richmond). Take exit 7/Rte. 650/Gallows Road. Bear to the right off exit then proceed immediately to the left lane on Gallows Road.
• From Ronald Reagan National Airport:
  Proceed on the George Washington (GW) Parkway to 50 West (Arlington Blvd.). Pass under 495 and exit Rte. 650/Gallows Road. Bear to the left off exit, turn left at light onto Rte. 650/ Gallows Road. Proceed to hospital.
• 66 West from DC or Arlington:
  Proceed to exit 64, 495 South (toward Richmond). Take exit 7/ Rte. 650/Gallows Road. Bear to the right off exit, then proceed immediately to the left lane on Gallows Road.
• 66 East from Virginia:
  Proceed to exit 64, 495 South (toward Richmond). Take exit 7/ Rte. 650/Gallows Road. Bear to the right off exit, then proceed immediately to the left lane on Gallows Road.
• 270 South from MD:
  Proceed to 495 South (toward Richmond). Take exit 7/Rte. 650/ Gallows Road. Bear to the right off exit, then proceed immediately to the left lane on Gallows Road.
