Inova Health System's innovative "Military to Medicine" Program is a new career pathway for veterans, military spouses and recovering wounded service members. The special education, training and hiring programs that form the basis of this program will allow Inova to attract qualified healthcare employees from the estimated 1.8 million veterans presently in the workforce, the 300,000 men and women who exit the armed services every year and thousands of military spouses.
