The Occupational Health Center at Dulles South is Inova Health System's newest facility designed to meet the needs of Loudoun County's business community. Our doctors and staff bring the same high standard of care that is a part of the Inova tradition.
We offer the following services:
- clearance physicals for "return-to-work"
- commercial drivers' examinations
- drug and alcohol testing
- fit testing for fire departments
- fitness for duty evaluations
- HAZMAT exposure surveillance, including asbestos
- hearing conservation program
- heavy metal exposure surveillance
- highly detailed pre-employment and incumbent physicals
- periodic safety physical examinations
- pre-employment physical examinations
- respirator clearance

The staff at Inova Occupational Health Center at Inova Alexandria Hospital have an excellent understanding of workers' compensation issues, including quality medical care and light-duty programs. We can offer assistance with OSHA filing.

We offer the following occupational health services at
the HealthPlex:
- audiometry testing
- drug and alcohol screening
- physicals
- spirometry testing
- TB screenings
- treatment of workers' compensation injuries
In addition, immediate radiology results (CT scans, X-rays, ultrasound, etc.) are supplied by an onsite radiologist. Should an injury require further consultation or treatment, on-call physician specialists are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Medical treatment notes and work status for injured employees are scanned and available for case managers and insurers upon request. For employees who may need physical therapy for functional capacity testing, we offer a physical therapy center on site.
