Fadia Feghali, RN, BSN, MS, NE-BCFadia Feghali, RN, BSN, MS. NE-BC is an accomplished healthcare nursing executive with more than two decades of experience in nursing leadership in a hospital setting. In Inova Neurosciences she holds responsibility for nursing functions across the entirety of the service line: neurology, neurosurgery, neuroscience nursing, and neurological research and education while also overseeing aa Neuroscience Shared Governance Nursing Council across the health system.

Fadia has served in progressive nursing administration and leadership roles at Inova and prior as a Nursing Director at Georgetown University Hospital.

She has led the development of a strong neuroscience nursing curriculum and symposia across the Inova Health System, plays a key role in advancing Nurse practice through system shared governance model and leads the System Clinical Policy development. Her clinical interests include evidenced based practice, neuroscience nursing practice standards, innovation and utilization of technology for optimization and efficiency in nursing.

Fadia holds a Master of Science in Health System Administration degree from Georgetown University, a Bachelor of Science in nursing degree from George Mason University and an Associate Nursing degree from University of Charleston, WV.
