About Allison Bae, MD
Allison Bae, MD, is a board-certified family physician. She graduated from the Medical College of Virginia and completed her internship and residency at Georgetown University. She was placed in the top 1% of all U.S. family practice graduates.
She was a Medical Director and Lead Physician at Virginia Hospital Center for 16 years before recently joining Inova VIP 360 in January 2016. At Virginia Hospital Center, Dr. Bae achieved patient satisfaction ratings of 90% by promoting a “patient first” culture and advocating for patient's concerns and needs. She also spearheaded the implementation of Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) at the practice, achieving one of the highest Outcome Incentive Awards in 2014.
Dr. Bae strives to help her patients to lead the best quality of life. She is committed to provide the best medical advice and care from her years of training and experiences involving a large panel of patients.

Dr. Bae has been honored as one of Washingtonian magazine’s top physicians multiple times since 2008, and named yearly in Northern Virginia Magazine’s Top Doctors since 2011. She was selected for the Patients’ Choice Award in 2010 and 2011. She was the recipient of Most Compassionate Doctor Award in 2011. She was also named as Best Doctor of Falls Church in 2015.
