Jeff has an extensive background with EXOS, having worked in three separate facilities while supporting everything from youth to professional athletes. During his time in Gulf Breeze, Florida, Jeff's support of the Accelerated Return to Duty program was instrumental in putting injured Special Operations personnel back in the fight. Additionally, Jeff has supported over 80 collegiate football players during their preparation for the NFL Combine and has delivered EXOS training system education to coaches around the country and abroad.

Jeff Coulter, MS, CSCS, PES, ATCPerformance Specialist, Inova Sports Performance powered by EXOS
Jeff received his bachelor's degree in athletic training from Wingate University, and a master's degree in health and exercise science. After suffering a shoulder injury while playing college baseball at Wingate, Jeff developed a passion for rehab and return to sports performance. Jeff worked for seven years in the medical field taking care of injured athletes, helping them to return to play after injury or surgery. Jeff joined EXOS in 2017 and enjoys training everyone from youth and high school athletes to adults and professional athletes. He has trained pros in football, baseball, soccer and hockey as well as many high school athletes recovering from a surgical procedure. Jeff is a resident of Frederick, Maryland, where he lives with his wife Katie and son Bowen.

Joshua Peacock, CSCS, USA-W L2, XPSPerformance Specialist, Inova Sports Performance powered by EXOS
Joshua began his career coaching competitive national level weightlifters both abroad and here in the United States. Originally from the United Kingdom, he has had a wealth of experience working with a multitude of athletes and populations from many different backgrounds. Joshua worked with the professional rugby league team Wigan Warriors, the English cricket board as a talent ID tester and was with the British Special Forces as a strength and conditioning coach. Joshua first began his experience with EXOS as an intern at the Gulf Breeze, Florida, facility where he worked primarily with the 2017 combine class. He then went on to work with the Miami Dolphins as the strength and conditioning staff assistant for the 2017 season. Joshua joined the Inova Sports Performance powered by EXOS team in July 2018.

Olivia Brant, MS, RD, CSSDPerformance Dietitian, Inova Sports Performance powered by EXOS
Olivia received her bachelor's degree in dietetics from The University of Maryland and her master's in exercise science from The George Washington University. Between interning at Tulane University while living in New Orleans, and working as the Assistant Sports Dietitian at UMD, she has over 5 years of experience working with world class collegiate athletes. Her nutrition philosophy is rooted in the importance of nourishing the body with a balance of whole foods, and providing the right amount of micronutrients to help strengthen, heal and protect athletes' muscles, ligaments and bones. Olivia hopes to teach athletes how to create a sustainable relationship with food that fits their lifestyle, improves energy levels and allows them to reach their body composition goals. Olivia joined the Inova Sports Performance powered by EXOS team in August 2019.
