Jeff has an extensive background with EXOS, having worked in three separate facilities while supporting everything from youth to professional athletes. During his time in Gulf Breeze, Florida, Jeff's support of the Accelerated Return to Duty program was instrumental in putting injured Special Operations personnel back in the fight. Additionally, Jeff has supported over 80 collegiate football players during their preparation for the NFL Combine and has delivered EXOS training system education to coaches around the country and abroad.

Jeff has been an Athletic Trainer for the past 7 years and has spent his career helping injured athletes return to their sport through sports rehab, strength training and reconditioning. Jeff, originally from Colorado, attended Wingate University in North Carolina and played Division II Baseball. After requiring surgery for a shoulder injury, Jeff developed a passion for helping the injured athlete recover and return to their sport. Jeff graduated from Wingate with a degree in Athletic Training and went on to The Citadel College in South Carolina, where he worked as an Athletic Trainer taking care of the Football program and the Corps of Cadets. Jeff Graduated from The Citadel with a master's degree in Health Exercise and Sports Science. Jeff continued his passion for sports medicine and performance working with youth, high school and collegiate athletes helping them to over-come injury and reach their athletic potential. Jeff is a practicing Athletic Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Performance Specialist. Jeff is a resident of Frederick MD, where he enjoys movies and spending time outside with his wife Katie and dog Jackson.
