In Memoriam

The Mohsen Ziai M.D. Pediatric Endowment was established in 1991 to support pediatric education, research, and program development.  Thanks to many colleagues and friends, as well as former students and residents in Fairfax, Rochester, New York, and around the world, the balance reached $1.9 million dollars including interest before being tapped by Dr. Ziai's successors.  The chairs have expended well over one million dollars toward major support to this annual conference, multiple REACH Courses provided free of charge to local pediatricians, establishment of a child abuse professorship, including almost half a million dollars for neonatal neurodevelopmental research.  Additional support by current beneficiaries of the Endowment is needed to continue such enrichment of support to community pediatric caregivers.  Please consider an annual donation to this cause to honor Dr. Ziai's memory and legacy.  www.inovachildrens.org/giveback
