Welcome to the Inova Phlebotomy School payment portal

This online form can be used to pay your:

  • Application Fee of $50 (non-refundable)
  • Tuition Deposit ($100, due upon signing of the enrollment agreement)
  • $700 due one week before the first class
  • $500 due at the beginning of the 4th week of the program
  • $500 due at the beginning of the 8th week of the program
  • Transcript fee ($15 each)
