Patricia Lane, MBA, BSN, SCRN, FAANPatricia (Pat) Lane, MBA, BSN, SCRN, FAAN is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than two decades of experience in hospital leadership. In Inova Neurosciences she holds responsibility for implementing and managing administrative and operational functions across neurology, neurosurgery, neuroscience nursing, and neurological research and education while also serving a two-year appointment as the President of the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses.

Prior to joining Inova, she was Administrative Director of Neuroscience and Emergency Medical Services Outreach, Bon Secours Richmond Health Care System.

Pat has a strong commitment to service and is active serving as Co-Chair Social Determinants of Health Committee, Inova Health System, the Medtronic Neurosciences Value Advisory Board, AHA Quality Certification Business Management Committee, Epilepsy Foundation of Virginia and the Chair of Brain Health for National Black Nurses Association. This follows on a long record of service at many different institutions. She is a Fellow in the Academy of Nursing recognized for Neuroscience and transformational leadership and has appeared on public media as an expert speaker.

She holds a Master of Business in Healthcare Administration degree from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from George Mason University and in biology from Virginia State University.
