To support the safety of our patients and team members, most Inova outpatient offices will close for in‑person visits by 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 16. We're converting in‑person appointments to virtual visits whenever possible or helping patients reschedule. Inova Go-Health Urgent Care will also close at 2:30 p.m. and continue to offer virtual visits. If you have an in-person appointment after 2 p.m. today, please contact the office directly.

Inova Leadership

Dr. Steve NarangSteve Narang, MD, MHCM, is President of Inova Fairfax Medical Campus and serves as President, Inova Pediatric Service Line.

A pediatrician, Steve joined Inova from Banner Health in Arizona, where he served as CEO of Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix since 2013. Steve is a physician executive whose experience leading a complex healthcare organization presents a strong foundation for his role at Inova. He has improved patient quality and safety outcomes while increasing physician satisfaction and alignment during his tenure as CEO.
 
Prior to Banner Health, Steve was Medical Director at Our Lady of the Lake Medical Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

A graduate of Northwestern University Medical School, Steve served his residency in Pediatrics at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. He has also earned a master's degree in health care management from Harvard University.
