About Our Medical Practice Survey

Gaining feedback and insight from our patients regarding their visits is critical in our mission of delivering an exceptional care experience to every patient - every time, every touch. To do this, a brief questionnaire is sent to our patients a few days after their visit. This survey consists of questions that target various topics such as provider communication and overall office experience. So that we can attain as much information from our patients as possible, opportunities to provide additional comments are also available within this survey. When utilizing the “Find a Doctor” tool on our website, you will see comments supplied by our patients, as well as star ratings for our providers and their associated office. These star ratings are specifically driven by the responses received for the provider experience questions and for the office experience questions.

To ensure we remain unbiased, we partner with an independent patient satisfaction survey company, Press Ganey of South Bend, Indiana. Press Ganey works with more than 10,000 healthcare organizations nationwide, including 50% of all U.S. hospitals, and they are recognized as an industry leader in helping organizations with performance improvement.

Who receives the survey?

The Medical Practice survey is administered by electronically though email and text messaging. Patients are randomly selected for the electronic survey through an automated process managed by Press Ganey. All selected patients will receive an electronic survey within 48 hours of their office visit.
