Background Information

The purpose of this study is to collect and analyze information from you and other individuals with a similar diagnosis. The information from your medical records will be used to evaluate:

  • The effectiveness of procedures and treatments
  • The usefulness of various tests
  • The incidence of short or long-term side effects.

Ultimately, the goal is to improve effectiveness of treatments and procedures and limit side effects and late complications for patients.
