Background Information
The objective of this study is to analyze the relationships between maternal SARS-CoV-2 infection, placental pathology/biology, and offspring neurodevelopmental outcomes.

Eligibility Information
- Mothers aged 18 or older who delivered at Inova Fairfax Women's Hospital from 2020 to the present are eligible to participate.
- Eligible mothers can enroll regardless of whether they were COVID positive or COVID negative during pregnancy.
- If COVID positive, the infection must have occurred during pregnancy and must speak English or Spanish to complete questionnaires and study visits and provide consent.
- Eligible children must not have genetic conditions affecting neurodevelopment.
- Mother-child dyads can enroll at any point during pregnancy or after delivery, up until the child is 60 months (5 years) old.

- Suspected genetic condition with likely effect on neurodevelopmental outcome
- Mother unable to consent for study
