Zephyr Valve Registry (ZEVR) for the Treatment of Emphysema

This research study is studying the Zephyr Valve procedure for the treatment of emphysema. Pulmonx Corporation, the manufacturer of the Zephyr Valve is sponsoring this research study.

Pulmonx, the manufacturer of the Zephyr Valve, is continuing to collect data on the safety and efficacy of this treatment in a Registry. Participants will allow the Sponsor (Pulmonx) to collect relevant medical information for this Registry.

• Adults 18 years of age or older
• Subjects with severe emphysema considered eligible for the procedure by their doctor
• Subjects able to consent to the collection of their health information • Additional eligibility in protocol

• Subjects determined to have collateral ventilation between the target(s) and ipsilateral lobe(s)
• Additional ineligibility in protocol
