OB-GYN Residency Program - Resident Life

Training for Life. We Guide Outstanding Physicians to Cutting-Edge Careers in Women's Health.

The mission of the Inova Ob/Gyn Residency Wellness Program is to promote the health and well-being of our residents. Tools are provided to ingrain lifelong habits that prevent complications of stress and burnout while allowing these young physicians to promote and teach wellbeing to their patients along their professional journey. Additionally, we aim to create a ‘feeling of community’ within our residency family. The Resident Wellness committee, run by the residents, has created a curriculum that addresses the full spectrum of wellness domains.
