The goal of the Inova OB-GYN Residency Wellness Program "System of Wellness" is to promote the health and well-being of our residents. Tools are provided to ingrain lifelong habits that prevent complications of stress and burnout while allowing these young physicians to promote and teach well-being to their patients along their professional journey. Additionally, we aim to create a 'feeling of community' within our residency family. The Resident Wellness committee, run by the residents, has created a curriculum that addresses the full spectrum of wellness domains with a focus on improving systems that contribute to stress.
