Holiday hours

With the exception of Inova hospitals, Inova Emergency Care and Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care, all Inova outpatient offices will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday, Thursday, Nov. 27.

Some locations have additional changes to their standard hours and can be viewed here. Please contact the location for more information.

Request Updates to Inova's Find a Doctor Directory

Complete the following form to be added to the provider directory or to request updates to your existing profile. All requests are received by Inova’s centralized credentialing office. Once received, changes will be reflected within 3 - 5 business days on all Inova systems.

Please be advised of Inova's provider participation policy: 

Providers must meet the following provisions to be eligible for inclusion in the Find a Doctor search:

  1. Providers credentialed with Active or Courtesy privileges at an Inova care site are also eligible to participate.

  2. Providers must maintain a medical practice office in Northern Virginia.

  3. Providers practice information must be updated annually to participate.

Is this a change request to the physician or APP's primary location?
Please list EACH of your board certified specialties and specify whether you are accepting new patients, or you are NOT accepting new patients for each. This will help reduce consumers from being misdirected to physicians who are hospitalists or who choose not to be referable for certain services.
